Do you work on Thermador's steam ovens?
Yes — combination steam ovens are one of Thermador's signature products, and we diagnose both the steam and conventional heating sides.
Is my Thermador unit still under warranty?
If it is, repairs should go through Thermador's authorized service network to preserve that coverage. We specialize in out-of-warranty repairs.
My Thermador column door has stopped sealing. Why?
Often the gasket rather than the hinge, and the reason is the air. Mean dew point here reaches 76°F in August and holds above 72°F from June through September, which means any surface cooler than that is condensing moisture for a third of the year. A column door seal that is permanently damp perishes and loses its set far sooner than the same part in a dry climate, and a gasket that has gone soft rather than torn will pass a visual check and still leak. We test the seal under load rather than looking at it.
How much does Thermador cooktop repair cost?
It depends on the fault. We charge a flat diagnostic fee and provide a firm, written quote before any repair work begins — see our
repair pricing page for typical ranges.
Will repairing it affect my Thermador warranty?
If your unit is still under its original manufacturer warranty, repairs should go through Thermador's authorized service network to keep that coverage intact. We specialize exclusively in out-of-warranty repairs, and we'll tell you plainly if we think your unit may still be covered.
How fast can someone get here?
Most Tampa Bay calls are scheduled same-day or next-day, with a specific arrival window rather than an all-day wait.
Do you offer a warranty on the repair?
Yes — every repair includes a written warranty of up to 1 year on the parts and labor performed.
